Surrounded by inspiring landscapes, our studios provide not only top-quality equipment but also an atmosphere that fuels artistry. Every project begins with the view of the water and the feeling of freedom — a reminder that music and visuals are about emotion and expression.

Dopo Agency Head
Born in Portugal and shaped by a international journey, Nazar Alekseitsev is the founder of Dopo Music Agency.
With over 11 years of experience in music production, design, and label management, he has provided professional services to artists from every continent. His path — from Portugal through Ukraine & Russia to Germany, marked by migration and challenging times — reflects the resilience, global vision, and passion that define Dopo Music Agency today.
Nazar’s approach is built on connecting people: uniting artists, producers, and creatives into a single community. This spirit of collaboration fuels the agency, allowing it to offer a wide spectrum of services through strong networking, trusted partnerships, and the inner fire that drives every project.
His path is built on three principles:

Valeriia Lysenko (Valiora)
Songwriter, coach, artist
Valeriia began singing at the age of five, and by the age of ten she was already performing professionally on stage. She took part in major TV competitions and quickly rose to national fame, becoming known across Ukraine as a bright young star.
In parallel with her singing career, Valeriia started working in television as a child voice-over artist. For more than 10 years, she has lent her voice to animated films, commercials, and trailers, gaining extensive professional experience on leading Ukrainian TV channels.
Beyond her performances, Valeriia is a songwriter and creator in the full sense: she writes her songs entirely on her own — from vocal melodies to complete arrangements. At Dopo Music Agency, she not only develops her own artistic project but also teaches others, guiding students through songwriting, vocal performance, and musical creativity.
Her greatest passion is to inspire and empower people — helping them to channel their energy into the world and supporting those who seek artistic direction and encouragement.
